A new arrival to the Feat. family

Hi there!
This is a few months late, and it isn't the usual "new product" or "new creative pursuit" type of post that I usually write about... but I'm here to tell you a little bit about the newest arrival at the Feat. headquarters. It isn't a new greeting card design, or a fresh and spiffy new sock design, it's our little boy, Billy.
As you might already know, my husband (Johan) joined me at Feat. in August 2020. He left his career as a hairdresser (apart from the odd trim for me), and started assisting me with wholesale and custom socks orders in the business, and has more recently started assisting me with design too, on socks and on paper products and memory games. So we are a husband and wife team, and until October 2022, the only other colleague we had was our little wire-haired fox terrier, Teddie; who follows us around like a shadow and features in some of our reels and posts on Instagram. You can even see her on the 'Thank you' notes that accompany every online order...

But on the 12th of October last year, our beautiful little boy was born. We named him Billy; a name we really love but also just so happens to have been my late Grandfather's name. Billy has brought so much joy to our household (and home office), and has brought fresh vision to our business and the way we are planning for our personal future, and the future of Feat. I look so forward to sharing more about these future plans in my upcoming posts, but for now, here is a little picture of our growing family.

I happen to be writing this on the day Billy turns a whole 6 months old. I can't believe how quickly time has flown, and how long it has been since my last post. I know I have been scarce but, as you can see, life has been busy. Nevertheless, I am making it my goal to write more on this online journal going forward. Watch this space :)
